Sonoro Infinito is a multidisciplinary project that explores the
evolution from the origins of the universe to a plausible yet
uncertain future. It is a work that blurs the boundaries between
genres and techniques to create a unique sensory experience.
Through a dialogue between contemporary music, moving images,
and AI experimentation, the project raises essential questions about
technology, creation, and the destiny of our civilization.
The work was created as a visual piece that interacts in perfect
synchrony with the live music of Manuel Martínez, a renowned
professional clarinetist, constructing an immersive experience that
sits at the intersection of various artistic movements.
It explores different genres and techniques, ranging from brutalism
to aesthetic minimalism. The manipulation of 16mm film, the use
of public archives, the integration of generative artificial
intelligence, the creation of 3D characters, and Cinema Verité
techniques come together to offer a visual piece that not only
accompanies the music but expands and transforms it.
The creative process includes phases of destruction, manipulation,
and reworking. The image is treated as a living material, exposed to
degradation and rebirth, in a cycle that reflects the project’s central
themes: origin, transformation, and the perpetual renewal of matter and spirit.
